Peter Gildener
Peter has been a solicitor since 1964 and was senior partner of one of the largest practices in North Yorkshire where he was an expert in criminal law, civil litigation, licensing and personal injury claims. On moving to Cornwall in 1994 he became the first solicitor in Penzance to be appointed to the prestigious Law Society Personal Injury Panel. He now heads the commercial and non-contentious side of the practice.
Sancho Brett
Sancho was born and brought up in the South West. He admits he has never been to Spain, even though his parents named him because of a love of Spain. Now settled in Cornwall with his family, Sancho originally trained as a barrister but felt that he preferred the ‘real world’ of clients’ everyday problems to the rarified heights of the High Court.
Sue Cotton
The team is completed by Sue Cotton, who was born and has lived in Cornwall all her life and handles the residential conveyancing side of the practice.
